DESCRIPTION: BOYSEN^® Silver Finish Aluminum Paint B-75 is a ready-mixed, long-wearing aluminum paint for general use on industrial and decorative works.

PRINCIPAL USES: It is ideal for exterior and interior metal surfaces.

FINISH: Metallic

DRY TIME:
Touch: 4 – 6 hours
Recoat: 8 – 12 hours

THEORETICAL COVERAGE PER 4-LITERS: 25 – 30 sq.m.
*Depending on surface texture and porosity

TINTING: Do not tint.

THINNING SOLVENT: Do not thin.

CLEAN-UP SOLVENT: BOYSEN^® Paint Thinner B-0340

PACKAGING: 1-Liter and 4-Liters

APPLICATION: By brush

SERVICE CONDITIONS: Stir well to maintain mixture homogeneity.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Metal Surfaces
Wipe the surface with a rag soaked in paint thinner to remove grease, oil, wax and other foreign matter. For new galvanized surfaces, etch the surface by applying 10% BOYSEN^® Metal Etching Solution B-71 (Dilute 1 part of B-71 to 9 parts water). Rinse with water and dry immediately.

Unpainted galvanized surfaces that have been exposed for 6 months or more need not be etched.

Treat rusted steel by sanding and wire brushing. Use BOYSEN^® Metal Etching Solution B-71 on remaining rust. Let it stay for 10-15 minutes. Be sure to remove all remaining residue. Immediately prime after drying.

1st coat: BOYSEN^® Red Oxide Primer B-310 or BOYSEN^® Rust-Off™ B-330
2nd & 3rd Coat: BOYSEN^® Silver Finish Aluminum Paint B-75
